Here’s another size zero Tardis – and this one should have the award for the most emaciated of the remaining eight or so slim style police call boxes in London.
This one is in Grosvenor Square opposite the US Embassy – and what a shameful sight the box is.
Around 2010 it was vandalised and since no one’s given it a care in the world.
Unpainted, going rusty – any notion of preserving London’s heritage seems completely forgotten here…
At least the retention of a filthy, useless, non working, light bulb seen through a narrow gap at the top of the box appears to be at least some sort of misguided preservation attempt!
